  • To apply for the enrollment of a real estate agent with MahaRERA, follow these steps:

    1. Produce an agent account on the MahaRERA gate.
    2. Login into the registered account and provide information in the various sections of the agent enrollment form.
    3. Upload obligatory documents.
    4. Accept the protestation and proceed with the online payment using the preferred system of payment.
    5. After successful payment, an operation number will be generated which can be used to track the status of scrutiny.
    6. To expedite the blessing process, keep track of your operation and adhere to the scrutiny commentary.
    7. After the blessing of authority, an instrument of enrollment and an enrollment number will be generated. The certificate can be downloaded by logging into the Real Estate Agent’s account.
    8. Real estate agents can submit a request for correction of their digitally signed enrollment instrument through the MahaRERA gate by paying the necessary fees. 

  • For real estate agents, the details of fields that can be requested to MahaRERA for modification/correction are detailed in Annexure ‘B’ under (MahaRERA indirect no.08/2017). 

  • Registration and Approvals: RERA guarantees that all land projects and powers complicated are recorded. This helps in influencing transparence to commercial undertakings and marketing of dwelling features.
  • Regulation of Transactions: It manages the commerce of land and possessions to safeguard customers and guarantee fair practices.
